We want to use capitalism as a vehicle to fund rainforest conservation. Yes, we actually can make a difference in this world… just watch.
It was said that the forests are libraries of information to questions we have yet to even ask. Our medicine comes from the forests, literally and figuratively. This reason is why we invest active effort and finances for the preservation of the greatest library of them all… the Amazonian Rainforest.
Tropical Conservation Fund is an organization of scientists, naturalists, and passionate believers in the wild things. Their primary goal is to protect biodiversity by conserving critical habitats, conducting scientific research to further understand and prevent wildlife extinctions, and educating audiences locally, regionally, and internationally about the need to conserve species and their habitat.

Meet Jamie
The founder & mycologist behind LUMOS. Growing up in COLORADO he learned at a young age about the power of the forest. An experience in Rocky Mountain National Park catalyzed his mission to study and live a life of environmental stewardship. During University, the mushrooms summoned him deeper by revealing their secret powers of both environmental remediation, as well as seemingly endless benefits to the human body.
His research has taken him throughout the Peruvian Amazon, Central America, and the Rocky Mountains - where his mission as a mushroom liaison became crystal clear.
Thus, LUMOS was born during a dream state while living on the archipelago of Kaua’i, Jamie knew it was time to build a platform to educate and purvey powerful mushroom allies to the community.
By providing valuable mushrooms to you, he is able to serve you while also generating financial power to continue preserving the Ancient Libraries of medicine and questions that are stored in the Amazon Rainforest.
